MORII DARSHAN

Set on leased land in Gandhinagar, the building is imagined as a modular steel structure—efficient to build and easy to adapt. It includes a main studio floor with generous work tables, dedicated sampling zones, private cabins, a display gallery, and meeting spaces.
Stone walls along the periphery house storage units, services, and circulation pockets, helping keep the central volume free and focused. The layout is planned to support both focused individual work and collaborative processes, with visual continuity maintained through a mezzanine corridor that overlooks the main workspace.

The material palette remains grounded—steel, marble & sandstone—the design leaves room for the space to grow and shift with MORII’s evolving needs. It is a working studio at its core, built to support the rhythms of a textile practice.
